Originally from the Midwest, I lived in NYC for several years and make it a habit to visit my brother in LA as often as I can. The coasts have inspired my need for all things fresh when it comes to food.

I’m curious about all foods and cuisines and love travel, adventure and experimenting in the kitchen. 

I gravitate towards the healthy and love (and think it’s important) to eat that way.  But sometimes a girl’s just gotta bake …  Often you’ll see a banana bread with no butter or sugar, but just as often you’ll see one with loads.  Life’s too short, man.
